Booking our Holiday Camps and Wraparound Care Clubs using childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare has never been easier!

As many of you know, we accept childcare voucher payments for our holiday camps and wraparound care clubs. And with camp just around the corner, we have launched a new and improved system to help more parents book their children to join in on the fun!

Here’s how it works

The option to book using childcare vouchers
will now come up as a payment option for our
holiday camps and wrapround care clubs only.

Once selected, a new drop down box will
appear. Choose from a list of our registered
childcare voucher providers.

Then camp days can be added to the basket.

Note
If your child receives an academy discount,
please remember to add the voucher code
before proceeding to the basket
(only applicable for holiday camps).

Everything is then confirmed at checkout.

Next, you will receive an email with the
subject: Provisional Booking – Action needed.

This email has all booking details, including the total amount to be paid and any additional information that may be needed for the provider selected.

The child’s place on camp or at a wraparound care club is held whilst the payment is being processed, and all provisional camp bookings come through to the office team to either be accepted or rejected.

When the payment is made, you will receive an email with the subject: Camp Booking Confirmation or Wraparound Booking Confirmation, confirming that the booking has been approved and the child added to the camp or wraparound register.

If the payment is not received or
an incorrect payment is made

An email with the subject “Camp Booking rejected – Payment not received” or “Wraparound Booking rejected – Payment not received” will be sent, and the place on camp will no longer be reserved/ wraparound will no longer be reserved.

In the event of a booking being rejected but you would still like your child to attend camp, please contact the office as soon as possible.

The childcare voucher payment option will disable one week before the start of the camp, to allow for all payments to be received in the bank. Please ensure that you make your payment in plenty of time to avoid disappointment!

For wraparound care bookings, please ensure that all payments are made promptly with enough time for the office team to approve before the child attends.

All bookings after this timeframe will need to be paid via debit/credit card.
